Ease

Inspired by a relaxed, low maintenance and free spirited lifestyle, the convertible armchair is made entirely out of foam and fabric, making it exceptionally comfortable, light and unbreakable. Ease is designed for the restless spirits who might decide to pack up and move at a moment’s notice, whether that means across the room or across the country.

The armchair can quickly convert into a recliner or a bed, and since it doesn’t have any solid parts or mechanisms it is very easy to handle and transport regardless of the user's physical strength, dexterity or means of transportation.

The mattress are placed into casing made of two different types of upholstery. First is a non woven, synthetic upholstery that is easy to clean as well as resilient to pull, wear and tear. The second upholstery is cotton based, breathable and very pleasant to the touch. The synthetic upholstery is meant to be in contact with the floor, or other surfaces that never come into contact with the users while they are resting. The breathable upholstery is meant to be in direct contact with the user and never touch any surface that comes in contact with the floor or wall. The combination of the two textiles makes sure the mattresses don't slip off of one another when used as an armchair, and that the strained parts don’t stretch over time.
