OKS is a fermentation and incubation device designed as an evolution of traditional ways of yogurt making in the Balkan Peninsula. Once the containers are placed and the interface is powered, the user can set a temperature and time. Once the interface is connected to the base, OKS begins its work.

The control panel can be detached. That way OKS is programmed with the ease of a comfortable, handheld device. This also has the benefit of fully removing electronic components in order to properly clean the and wash the device after use.

Once the containers are placed and the interface is powered, the user can set a temperature between 30 C and 65 C, in a time period up to 12 hours. The moment the interface is connected to the base, OKS begins its work.
