Ideal for industries such as oil and gas, power generation and petrochemical, mach one uses sound based technology to inspect tubes and detect defect holes, blockages and pitting which are common in heat exchangers, coolers, boilers and similar systems.
Ergonomics was one of the main focus points of the design. Comfort of use was achieved through research, shape alteration, prototyping, material selection and balancing internal components.
The final product was achieved through thorough brief definition, 2D and 3D sketching, prototype building and testing, using CAD/Cam tools and consulting with manufacturing professionals in order to edit the mould to its final form.
